It sounds like “one-and-one” to me, but apparently the term is “one-on-one”.
I’m going to guess “begin”, because it doesn’t sound like it’s held out long enough for it to be “-an”. To me it sounds sharp and quick like “-in”. It certainly seems easier to sing to me.
