Is the Funkstore still a good place to get p-funk cds?

Heavy Metal Funkason

Are these two releases the same? I mean I know they’re not the same. One original track was omitted to make room for a Live version of Maggot Brain, but other than that, are they the same recordings? It’s hard to say for sure as all the track lengths are 5-6 seconds off from the original release.

Raw Funk Records - Release quality and artist profit

Raw Funk Records only did releases on CDr. I have several releases that came out through RFR and all are CDr’s. And sometimes the scan/print they did of the cover was not the best. But when an album is out of print and You want it on CD, then it’s better than nothing.

P-Funk or Funk CD site

I used to go to this site that sold P-funk CDs and I’m drawing a complete blank as to what the site was. I’m sure it’s gone by now, I used to be able to buy solo CDs from them. It wasn’t cdbaby, that I can remember for sure. I know I’m not being very descriptive at all. I do remember they used to sell computers too. Anyone have any ideas?
