A friend sent me this. The only info I have that says that it is a live rehearsal from 1981.
Anyone else maybe have the correct date or any info?

This doesn’t sound like the P-Funk All Stars.
Yeah somebody sent me this too. It is fascinating. My guess is the date is wrong. I would bet this is a Bit Fish Tour rehearsal/soundcheck somewhere 83-84ish.
