The only one I’ve seen the cover of is the one as George Clinton as Mr T.
83 is a interesting year Uncle Jam Records fell through, then Clinton went bankrupt in 1984.
There were loads of albums that were shelved like the 2nd Sweatband album, Parliament 82 album, Soda Jerks, and unreleased Bootsy album after The One Giveth.
