How come in the documentary’s they never talk about ESOWB or Urban Dancefloor Guerillas or P-Funk All Stars in general?

The VH1 documentary does mention the Electric Spanking album. Most documentaries are going to focus on the most popular albums of an artist’s discography. While being a great album, UDG wasn’t really successful.
Although that is the case, if they want to make a movie about the artists or artist then shouldn’t they have almost every studio album they recorded?
There’s no way to do such a documentary unless it’s going to be a multi-part project. You won’t find any single episode documentary that covers every single album. Most documentaries focus on the most successful and impactful albums.
