On YouTube I came across unreleased George Clinton Music, probably from the Medicaid Fraud Dogg Sessions. The names of the clips:

Does anybody know if GC released this officially in the meantime? Or will it be released in the near future? What happened to these GREAT songs?

My guess is these are just songs from the MFD sessions that were discarded. Probably never to be used in any official sense. Might turn up on the Patreon sometime, who knows.
