What are they singing just before the song segues into Loopzilla? I always got “barking no evil barking no wrong”.
That would be my guess. It sounds to me like the attack implies “barking” over something like “marking”. I tried listening to the extended version, but the vocals there were too muddy.
We need a book of correct lyrics for all of the P-Funk songs.

Yeah, that’d be cool. I enjoy diving into their lyrics, especially the particularly witty and creative ones. It drives me nuts when I see the machine transcribed stuff online so painfully wrong, so a definitive source of truth would be nice.
However… I will throw this out there: unlike the song reference book, which is a bunch of facts, the lyrics are creative works, so publishing all of them might not be worth the costs. Not to mention, not all the music is even available to digitally purchase in the US at the moment (such as George’s Paisley Park stuff or the late-70s/early-80s Funkadelic/Bootsy stuff), which makes it seem to me even more unlikely to happen.
