First Funkadelic album as picture disc - RSD26

So the list for Record Store Day 2026 just got released and Org Music is releasing the first Funkadelic album as picture disc.

I didn’t find it on the US site, only the UK one.

Will perhaps not be the best sounding release, it’s more like a gimmick I suppose, but I’m sure it will look pretty cool with the faces on the record. Wasn’t able to find any image of the actual vinyl, hopefully they’ll update the image later on.

Here’s an image of it (or a mock-up of it). Would be awesome if the backside has the faces of the band.

Got it today. My copy seems to be plated at RTI and pressed at GZ Media. It’s in a standard PVC sleeve, so I’ll be changing that to a rice paper type of sleeve . Haven’t had the time to spin it yet.
