Just wondering what is known or what people think about the current state of the Bootsy / George relationship. With Bootsy’s book coming out soon I’ve been wondering if there will be any revelations. Especially over things like Woodstock and the 1990s reunion tour. They always talk highly of each other in interviews (with the exception of Bootsy’s story of GC trying to get him to smoke crack)
If ever there were two artists who brought out the best in each other it was Bootsy and George. Just wondering if there were any particular reason the professional and/or personal relationship waned over the years.
And hopefully this isn’t a can of worms topic. I love both artists and the work they have done together and apart.
