Answers to some of your questions about personnell info in my book

Double checked with George he said Coffey is DEFINITELY NOT ON TESTIFY. He said he “could be on the remake”, but even that is doubtful. George said a lot of people claim to be on records they werent on. The original session is recorded two years before DC was playing on most of the stuff he was on. Also there are two guitars on the record, which corroborates G’s testimony of Eddie Willis and Robert White. I think Coffey, having done a zillion sessions just misspoke or remembered it wrong. He is on a lot of early P-Funk, just not quite that early. He turns up on recordings that were recorded two years later than when I wanna Testify was recorded.

I’ve (yet) another question on your wonderful book

Who is singing vocals on A little bit of love - Detroit Rising? In the book vocals appears to be blank and then, next line, keys, piano and synth your good self.

The credits in the book for “a little bit” are wrong. Will fix in next edition. That one should be listed as Gabe, Duminie, and Kern playing on that one. B Vintage is on vocals on that song
