If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s amazing! All tracks are from 1975. Well almost all, Atomic Dog is also in the mix. Was surprised when I heard Atomic Dog, was like: wait a minute that’s not from ‘75 😄. But it’s all good.. Besides Danny, GC, Lige, Benzel, Patavian and Treylewd, there’s also John Deming on guitar and Chris Rothenberg on trombone. And at the end of the show we also get Ani Bedrosian. 😉 Setlist: _Good To Your Earhole_ _Let’s Take It To Stage_ _Baby I Owe You Something Good_ _Stuffs And Things_ _P-Funk (including GC rap)_ _Unfunky UFO_ _Tear The Roof Off_ _Atomic Dog_ ---

Thank you! I was super proud of this show. Yes Atomic Dog was added as an encore, separate from the 1975 tunes…just so that we could throw in another hit for the bottom line lol Btw guitarist John Deming is from my pre P-Funk New England band Sweet Motha Child, and he also played on a handful of Danny B/Secret Army tunes in the studio, and occasionally live as well. Trombonist Chris Rothenberg plays trombone in The Soular System and Chilled Monkey Brains, two bands originally from Tallahassee that I have had tenures with. At the end of the show, Ani plays a piece by J.S. Bach on the piano. Please subscribe to the Danny on Everything youtube channel, you guys; there are over 70 videos with strong P-Funk connections, from interviews with important members past and present, to concerts, and much much more. So please check it out - it’s free! Thanks again! ---

I made it up about halfway thru Stuffs and then had to go out to run some errands. I already feel like I needed a funk rehab after that lil bit. Outrageous. May the great funk spirit forever bless you brother. ---

That was great, Danny. I really enjoyed that, especially “Baby I owe you something good”. I love that song. That version of the song from the Let’s Take It to the Stage album is so different from the early Parliaments version, almost ominous. Amazing set man! ---
